Original receipt or invoice is needed for exchange or return within 5 days from date of purchase. Product can be exchanged or returned provided that the product is in new and original condition with box and sticker, if any, still attached, and the receipt or invoice. We only arrange shipment for those order over S$ 100.00 for local customers. Less than S$100.00 order we offer customers the option to order online and pick up at store.
